Makaira Boats

Makaira Boats are an aluminium boat builder in New Zealand. They produce high end, sport fishing boats.

Danny worked in the Makaira Boats fitout department on a temporary basis and fitted one of their 9.5m boats out from start to finish including: 

• Installing a Volvo D6 inboard, stern drive unit, controls and wiring harness

• Installing an extensive list of electronics, lights, pumps and plumbing

• Installing batteries, wiring and switching 

...as well as helping to improve their systems and processes within the factory.
